so..... i'm on a roll.....submitted for a solo show in the twin cities....they said no.....submitted for a public art call.....they said thanks but no thanks....submitted for a group show which artists needed to be Minnesota rural artist...yup, I fit that criteria....they said, interesting work, but not thanks..............yup.....i'm on a roll......Looking for a gallery that would like to have my work for a month or so long show for 2015 ....anyone?....am I blackballed or something?.....

today.deviantart.com/dds/?colu…  totally blown away......AGAIN   The bed we just finished a couple months ago got a DDA and the 'inbox' has exploded!!!!    The amount of people faving the bed and other things I've made is mind blowing...... inbox exploded I tell ya!! EXPLODED!!!  

I can't physically thank everyone who has favored my work, so the best I can do is thank you right here and now....THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU ......I did NOT expect such a huge response!!!!  wowser....wowser wowser...........

We've been renting all winter...both shop and house.....sold our place of 22 years last fall (2013).....when we had the place on the market people asked us, 'where will you go?'....answer was always 40 acres and my butt planted right in the middle of it.....not really believing we would ever find a place, let alone be able to afford to purchase something like it..............well....sometimes if you wish and pray REAL hard.....yah....40 acres and the perfect place to build...you guessed it....smack dab in the middle.... aint life funny..... we were able to find some marvin windows, new, for about half the cost....no walls to put them in as of yet....but coming next spring..... I'll be posting photos when the time comes.....wooo hooo.........

So...the old computer finally died....no ceremony....just pitching it to the recycling bin.... i'm glad to see it go....had been dealing with problems for about two years on it...wouldn't let me update my brouser...so of course, signing onto DA was usually a big issue....'bout six months ago finally just wouldn't let me on this site....why didn't I get a new computer sooner you ask.... moolah of course... bill paying and roof over my head took a higher priority....but...Santa was good to me and here I am....might be a good sign for the coming year?....yah think?....hoping so anyway....there were SOOOOOOO many people 'faving' my work since June....omg....to all of you who did, THANK YOU THANK YOU....i'll be posting photos soon of latest work....
