Description
Welded steel sculpture. Rabbit is approximately 20" long X 7" wide. Entire sculpture is 11" tall not including the sword. Knight is about 4" tall sitting on her steed. The Knight was created by building up weld to steal base and carving details into the weld. Such as her nose is weld onto a chunk of 1/2" round stock and then carved using small carbide bits. The legs and arms are created and detailed before welding to the torso. Fingers are made from brad nails that I carved into fingers before carefully welding them to the hand. The knight is NOT cast but a steel carving. The entire sculpture was piece by piece carved, welded and carved some more.... a labor of love.
